| Whereas | The Maverick Activities Center is widely used by students for many different purposes; and |
| Whereas | The MAC fees are already included in the tuition; and |
| Whereas | Many students use the MAC indoor soccer courts but there is only one indoor court compared to multiple for basketball, volleyball, badminton etc; and |
| Whereas | This causes soccer courts to be very crowded while others are empty and students have to wait a long time before they can play soccer; and |
| Whereas | Many times the indoor soccer court is also occupied for different events such as FLOC Dance-a-thon which leaves no space for indoor soccer players to go to. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The basketball court, behind the indoor soccer court, be transformed into a soccer court so indoor soccer players have more than one place to play. |
