| Whereas | The bathrooms between Trimble and Hammond hall do not have a "push to open" button that makes entering the bathrooms more accessible for individuals with disabilities; and |
| Whereas | There are laws that enforce making every building/room accessible for individuals with disabilities; and |
| Whereas | Currently these regulations are not being upheld in multiple areas around campus creating a negative atmosphere for any students that may have a disability. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The bathroom doors be upgraded in these areas to open electronically in order to accommodate students with disabilities. |
