| Remarks | Amended in committee on 10/18/2016 President Karbhari said that Student Affairs is willing to purchase 2 dollies for this purpose. Student Congress will work with VPSA office to get those dollies in place. |
| Whereas | Many student organizations on campus host events in the outdoors spaces; and |
| Whereas | Most organizations rent tables and chairs from UC Operations; and |
| Whereas | These can be heavy to lug from the University Center to spaces like the MAC and Library Mall |
| Be It Further Resolved That | University Center operations invest in dollies for organizations to check out to aid in moving equipment; and UC operations require organizational agreement to check out dollies; and University Center give organizations the option to reserve the dolly when scheduling events |
| Be It Further Resolved That | In case, student organizations fail to return the dollies or return it in a damaged state, a hold be placed on their account, preventing them from organizing further events and accessing the money in their accounts |
