| Remarks | The committee did not feel this resolution was a priority at this time because the scope of students who live on campus and need to print at inconvenient hours is small there are already printers available 24/7 in the central library. |

| Whereas | Some choose to study in their residence halls; and |
| Whereas | Residence halls have study rooms that accommodate such students; and |
| Whereas | These study areas do not have printers that students can utilize to print assignments and other study materials; and |
| Whereas | Students have to go to other buildings on campus solely to print their work which causes an inconvenience to students without printers in their rooms. |
