| Remarks | FAILED - Special Events Center will fix this problem. If it does not, this resolution should be reintroduced. |
| Whereas | Due to recent overcrowding, university commencement ceremonies have been extended to a period of four days; and |
| Whereas | The current College of Science graduation is held between working hours at 3 p.m. on a weekday; and |
| Whereas | Family and friends may have to miss work to attend such events; and |
| Whereas | Previous commencement ceremonies were held after 5 p.m. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | University commencements shall be held after 5 p.m. if on a weekday in order to not conflict with working individuals. |
