| Whereas | Students are allowed to provide feedback for their professors to hold them accountable for their impact on their students' education; and |
| Whereas | Advisors also have a significant impact on their students' education; and |
| Whereas | There is not currently a system for evaluating advisors; and |
| Whereas | Advisors need to know if they are communicating effectively with their students; and Advisors' supervisors need to include student input in the staffing process. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Every college provide standardized, electronic, anonymous student feedback surveys with regard to advisors after each advising appointment. |
