| Whereas | UT Arlington's Fine Arts Building has music played throughout the integrated PA system in the restrooms; and |
| Whereas | Buildings across campus that have integrated PA systems do not play music in restrooms or elevators; and |
| Whereas | The University has a radio station, UTA Radio, where music can be played without needing to concern themselves playing licensed music over the PA system(s) from other streaming platforms; and |
| Whereas | Music that is played in areas across the University in the integrated PA systems will boost student morale and make them feel more comfortable in certain spaces. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The University of Texas at Arlington uses integrated PA systems in restrooms and elevators across campus buildings such as the UC and lecture halls from UTA Radio. |
