| Whereas | The University of Texas at Arlington has campus map directories places at various locations on campus; and |
| Whereas | Students, visitors, and others often use the campus map directories to orient themselves on campus and find certain buildings; and |
| Whereas | The University of Texas at Arlington is constantly developing, leading to changes in and additions to buildings that do not all reflect what is on the campus map directories; and |
| Whereas | In addition to having outdated information, the campus map directories are old and yellowed, making them difficult to read; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The University of Texas at Arlington update the campus map directories on campus to better reflect the buildings and improve legibility. |
