Remarks FAILED - In a memorandum dated August 9, 2004, President Spaniolo said that the "administrative time and expense would not seem worth the transaction volume."
Whereas There is an increasing number of courses where scantrons and blue books are used for test and quizzes; and
Whereas The places where you can buy scantrons and blue books are limited to the location such as the bookstore and U.C. and operation hours of the venues; and
Be It Further Resolved That Scantrons and blue books be available for purchase in the candy machines, the number of which distributed based on need; and
Be It Further Resolved That In buildings like Life Science, Pickard Hall, Science Hall, Chemistry Research, and University Hall have stand alone machines (that could be the same as in candy one) for scantrons, pencils, etc.
