College of Business Faculty Strengthen AI Skills Through Hands-On Workshop
At the College of Business, faculty development is more than a professional obligation, it’s a strategic priority.
As artificial intelligence and technology continue to reshape the business world, the college is investing in opportunities that help faculty stay ahead of change and bring real-world tools into the classroom. These efforts ensure students are exposed to the kinds of skills and technologies that will define the future of work.
As part of that commitment, College of Business faculty recently participated in a hands-on artificial intelligence workshop designed to support innovation in teaching and provide instructors with practical tools for growth and experimentation.

The workshop introduced faculty to KNIME’s software, offered guided exploration of AI workflows, and encouraged discussion around classroom applications, no programming experience required.
During the session, faculty were introduced to the KNIME software, tested AI workflows and explored real-world applications. The workshop is part of a growing investment in faculty development and curriculum innovation in the College of Business.
