The Big Event 2026 - UTA Volunteers
The Big Event Details:
Date: April 18th 2026
Check in begins on campus at 8:00 AM
Dismissal begins at 9:15 AM to allow travel to the various volunteer sites
Volunteering lasts from 10 AM - 2 PM (4 hours of service)
Registration is limited to current UTA students, staff, and faculty.
All Volunteers must first check in at UTA. Volunteers will then travel to their site after the morning welcome.
All group registrations must be requested on MavEngage by March 3rd
