The Office of Sustainability and Campus Dining brought awareness to food waste or ort (or the food scraps left over after a meal).
The Office of Sustainability was in Connection Cafe in the UC all day on Wednesday, April 29 to demonstrate how much food gets wasted after dining! We shared how you can reduce food waste and how UTA composts its food scraps!
