Join the UTA Center for Research on Excellence in Teaching (CRTLE) and the UTA Office of Sustainability for a 2-Day Faculty Bootcamp on Integrating Sustainability into the Curriculum at UTA!

Informational flyer for 2-Day Faculty Bootcamp on Integrating Sustainability in the Curriculum taking place May 7 & 8, 2026

  • Faculty will learn how to integrate sustainability through the Engineering for One Planet Framework and learn how their course can be designated as Maverick Advantage. 
  • Faculty will also hear from CRTLE and learn how their courses can designated as Maverick Advantage, as well as from the Office of Sustainability. 
  • Free lunch will be provided and participants will earn a $500 stipend for completing the bootcamp!

Grounded in the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), this bootcamp aims to equip faculty to prepare UTA graduates to contribute to a more sustainable world. For more information visit the Engineering for One Planet Implementation at UTA website.
