history tutoring information

The Department of History is delighted to announce that ON-LINE tutoring is now available on Canvas!

While Covid-19 restrictions have prevented the History Tutoring Center from operating in University Hall, we have translated all of the academic assistance the Department offers to an online platform. This means that help with test prep, essay review, and general history questions is available to our students as easily as scheduling an appointment for one-on-one assistance, or submitting a tutoring query through our Canvas portal, located here: https://uta.instructure.com/enroll/GPER3P

The Department of History’s ON-LINE History Tutoring Center is staffed seven days a week; normal hours of operation Monday through Friday are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and will vary based on volume on Saturday and Sunday.

Students may speak/chat with a tutor live during the Center’s normal hours of operation. After hours, they may submit written questions; these will be answered promptly during the next business day.
We cannot wait to see you there!
