Updates & Corrections

• Texas’ first state park in over 25 years opened in March. You can read about how two Maverick alumni—superintendent James Adams (’17 MPA) and lead architect Michael Bennett (’83 MArch)—helped make that happen in “A Walk in the Park” from our Winter 2024 issue.
• The Summer 2025 issue stated that Jennifer Cowley became UTA president in 2024 (“130 Things You Might Not Know About UTA”). The correct year was actually 2022.
