UTA ACADEMIC ADVISING

At UTA, Mavericks have access to knowledgeable and caring academic advisors at all stages of their educational journey.

About Advising at UTA

Academic advisors help students explore their interests and connect them to critical resources that provide the tools for informed decision making aligned with academic, career, and community minded goals.

First-time in college and students exploring major options are advised within the University Advising Center. Once declared, students work with academic advisors housed within our Colleges or Schools. University Studies majors are advised within the Division of Student Success.
