UTAAA Annual Advising Conference Registration

The 19th Annual Advising Conference will be held February 16, 2016 at the University of Texas at Arlington University Center.

Every attendee should submit the registration form below regardless of how your payment will be processed. Detailed instructions for individual, department and non-UT Arlington payments will be given on the confirmation page.

Cost of registration includes the conference fee, breakfast, and lunch.

Space will be guaranteed upon receipt of payment. Seating is limited, so please submit payment as soon as possible. See registration and payment deadlines below.

Deadline to register & pay without late fee: Friday, February 5, 2016.
All registrations after February 5, including walk-ins, will have a $15 late fee.

Credit cards and ProCards cannot be accepted from individual and Non-UT Arlington attendees.

Please make all checks payable to UTAAA (address will be given on confirmation page).

If the check covers registration for multiple attendees, please provide a list of names with your check. Also, Admins should send Document ID number and names of attendees covered in payment to Monica Johnson at monicaj@uta.edu.
UT Arlington Departments must print out the confirmation page and have your departmental administrator/secretary complete a Payment Voucher through UTShare.
