At the Birthday Bash, we invited the community to share a message for future Mavericks to read when they open the time capsule. We also collected items that represent UTA in its 130th year such as the first UTA West community newsletter, a mini football symbolizing the anticipated launch of the women's flag football program, the anniversary edition of UTA Magazine, sheet music of UTA's new fight song, and more.
A new permanent exhibit in UTA's Central Library showcases our University's rich history and excellence over the last 130 years, with sections for UTA's founding, leadership, evolution, and spirit.
