Office of Resource Planning
Office of Resource Planning
The Office of Resource Planning at UTA was created by the CFO to provide high level financial, administrative, and strategic support to the Provost, Deans, and Vice Presidents.
Our team is made up of eight College Business Officers, five Unit Business Administrators, an Accountant III, a Senior Financial Analyst, a Project Manager, and an Assistant Vice President.
The College Business Officers are embedded in UTAs eight academic colleges, with each working closely with a Dean. Our Unit Business Administrators are embedded in the Office of Research and Innovation, the Office of Information Technology, Student Affairs, Development and MME (Marketing, Messaging, and Engagement), and Enrollment Management, with each working closely with a Vice President. The Assistant Vice President, Accountant III, Senior Financial Analyst, and Project Manager are embedded in the Provost Office and work closely with the Provost and all of the academic and administrative units.
By reporting to the CFO while working with the Provost, Deans, and Vice Presidents, we partner with both administrative and academic units and create collaborations and efficiencies across the campus.
We help with financial planning, resource allocation, business operations, budget forecasting, process improvements, enrollment projections, data analyses, financial modeling, developing new budget models, and much more.
We are here to help.
