The Office of Resource Planning

The Office of Resource Planning leads the development and management of the University budget while delivering accurate financial planning information to University leaders. To strengthen alignment between financial stewardship and institutional priorities, we provide professional, high-level financial, administrative and strategic support to the Provost, Deans, and Vice Presidents. The team also partners across academic and administrative units to improve collaboration and campus-wide efficiency. Together, these functions support financial planning, resource allocation, forecasting, process improvements, enrollment projections, data analysis, and financial modeling to help the University make informed decisions, as well as provide accurate reporting for the University of Texas System Office, Board of Regents, Legislative Budget Board, and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

Bottom line = We are here to help!

Core Values – Collaboration, Excellence, Innovation, Integrity, Engagement
