Office of Academic Human Resources
Academic Human Resources (AHR) is a unit in the Office of the Provost that works closely in partnership with Talent, Culture, and Engagement (TCE), to operationalize UTA’s Strategic Theme of People and Culture. AHR's main goal is supporting the faculty life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, and administration of benefits), while working with campus leadership, staff, faculty, and others to further develop a culture where UTA values are embedded in the culture and operations of the university.
