Bus, Van, and Golf Cart Rentals

Did you know, Parking and Transportation Services provide shuttle buses, 10-passenger UTA-branded vans, and golf cart rentals!?! If you have a group event and you need transportation, complete our online request form! 10-passenger and 32-passenger vehicles are available and both include a trained and professional driver.

Shuttle Bus and 10-Passenger Van Rental

There are a few guidelines:

  • Only UTA departments can request shuttle service
  • There is a 3-hour minimum service charge
  • Our buses have a maximum capacity of 28 passengers
  • Due to our regular service requirements, charter service during the Fall and Spring semesters may be limited.
  • During Summer our service is on an as-available basis any day of the week
  • Our shuttle buses do not extend service beyond a 30-mile radius
  • A minimum of 10 business days advanced notice is required
  • Requests received after 3 pm will not begin processing till the next business day
  • Reservations will not be confirmed without a cost center number
  • In the case of charters to DFW Airport, the requesting department is required to provide the estimated toll cost(s), in cash, prior to commencement of travel. A receipt will be provided upon their return.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee will be applied.

Golf Cart Rentals

Parking and Transportation Services provides golf carts for rent to UTA departments.

There are a few guidelines:

  • Golf Carts can only be rented Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
  • Only UTA departments can request the rental of a golf cart
  • We have four-passenger, six-passenger, eight-passenger and wheelchair-accessible carts available for rent.
  • Drivers must be approved by the Department of Environmental Health and Safety before using these carts
  • A minimum of 10 business days advanced notice is required
  • Requests received after 3pm will not begin processing till the next business day
  • Requests must be made using our online form
  • Reservations will not be confirmed without a cost center number
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise a fee will be applied

When the reservation is confirmed, the department will be sent a quote containing the estimated charges. The final invoice will contain any adjustments made during the service period.
