MEET THE ARTISTS

Chloe Jobin

Introducing American-Canadian Chloe Jobin, a gifted singer-songwriter who also goes by the moniker "Blue Girl." At 24 years old, Chloe has proven herself as a passionate artist, accomplished musician, and adept producer, infusing the songs she creates through emotional sincerity and charming candor. Her musical palette effortlessly weaves alternative, indie-pop, and slow-core sounds together, conveying an authentic, openhearted desire to empathize with listeners through the unique tapestry of life’s experiences.

Chloe's infatuation with music began in her early childhood, as she discovered a love for singing, songwriting, playing instruments, and performing as she was growing up. By the time she reached her teen years, she had begun experimenting with producing her music, which inspired her pursuit as a young adult to devote her life to honing her craft.

Since then, Chloe has evolved into a self-managed independent musician, immersing herself in the vibrant creative community of Dallas while steadily pushing herself to expand individually and artistically. She spends most of her time working on music in her South Dallas home studio and performing regularly throughout Texas with her three bandmates, consisting of Clayton Gaskamp (bassist), Kason Siney (drummer), and Willem Stewart (guitarist).

Chloe's unwavering work ethic and commitment to her music have earned her a reputation as a genuine and undeniably original artist and musician. Whether writing music or gracing the stage with her presence, she consistently blazes her own trail with an infectious can-do spirit. Chloe brings a distinctive and refreshing perspective to every facet of her creative journey and continues to push the boundaries of personal and social expectations.

Cameron Smith

Cameron Smith, a folksinger and songwriter from Fort Worth, TX, emerges from the Unexpected City, birthplace of songwriting legends Townes Van Zandt, Roger Miller, T Bone Burnett, and more.

An artful storyteller forged in the crucible of the DIY punk and hardcore scene, Smith grew up writing and touring the country with bands making heavier music before maturing into his own distinctive voice and sound. His timeless melodies, infused with a southern gothic spirit, intricately weave tales of love, loss, and legacy, resonating with echoes of classic folk writers such as Fred Neil, John Prine, and Guy Clark, as well as artists like Smog, Magnolia Electric Co., and Silver Jews.

Having charmed hearts across the land on his relentless odyssey, leaving a trail of notable achievements, including being awarded Best Folk artist by Fort Worth Weekly and its readership in 2022, Smith is now poised for a forthcoming revelation. His debut studio full length album, Gold & Rust, looms on the horizon destined to carve indelible marks upon eager souls, showcasing his poetic prowess and musical evolution.

Brigitte Mena

Brigitte Mena was born to be a storyteller, and her vehicle is music. The singer-songwriter’s heartrending tunes tell raw, personal tales enveloped in atmospheric melodies. But the artist has her sights set on much more than producing pop rock tracks. Armed with her versatile voice, a pen and a penchant for crafting compelling songs, Mena strives to strike a chord with audiences and tell relevant, resonant stories.

Mena started crafting original music in high school, and founded her first rock band as a freshman at Southern Methodist University, where she studied Music and Psychology. Mena’s music studies helped her hone her craft, while her work in psychology gave her an avenue to explore her interest in human behavior. Instead of choosing one passion over the other, the artist decided to merge the two roads ahead of her. By using her talents as a musician,

Mena shines a light on topics like behavior, mental health, relationships and identity. Her debut album “Maslow” released in 2018 explored Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and heralded the arrival of a distinctive new talent, showing audiences across Texas what’s possible when talent meets a one-of-a-kind voice. Mena released her sophomore album “Element” in 2020 and has released her third full-length album, “After The Storm,” in February 2024. While her bandmates, sound and style have evolved over the years, her resolve to tell powerful stories has remained.

“I create a story that is relatable to a wide range of listeners,” she says of her music. “These are songs I think we can all resonate with in one way or another.”
