Complaints and Concerns Updates

Any concerns regarding the Intercultural Student Engagement Center should first be discussed with your Accessibility Specialist. You may contact your specialist at isec@uta.edu or by phone at  817-272-2099.

• If a satisfactory response is not received, then the next step should be to speak to the Intercultural Student Engagement Center Director, Shabaz Brown at shabaz.brown@uta.edu.
• If a satisfactory response is not received from the Director, then Ace Willis or Nico Covarrubias, Assistant Directors of the Intercultural Student Engagement Center, should be contacted at dovan.willis@uta.edu or nico.covarrubias@uta.edu.
• Finally, unresolved concerns/complaints should be directed to the Vice President for Student Affairs: 817-272-6080.
