Wells Fargo Financial Literacy Workshops (10:30 a.m.)
Join our Wells Fargo "Managing Your Money-Budgeting and Savings Ideas" webinar for budgeting tips and tools, and to learn how to create a savings plan for your financial goals.
Involvement and Resource Fairs (1:00 p.m.)
UTA has over 300 student organizations available for students to join. Each Friday at 1 p.m., many of those organizations will offer Zoom meetings to chat with you and help you get involved. Also, many campus departments will offer Zoom chats to connect you to their services.
Adulting as a College Student (2:00 p.m.)
This session will help you understand and recognize the important transitions that come with new college experiences as an emerging adult. The UTA Parent & Family Center will offer a short, personal development presentation and discussion about how to tackle trending hot topics such as family finances, career readiness, academics, redefining personal relationships and more.
Summer Social Events (3:00 p.m.)
You can meet other new students all summer long in our series of summer social events. Each Friday afternoon, a different event is planned to help you get connected and have fun. These events will give you a little taste of the exciting events UTA has in store for you when you take classes in the fall!
