Scholarship Essay Prompts

To be prepared for submitting your application, we are providing you the prompts for the three major essays required for consideration for the 2024 Terry Scholarship as an incoming freshman:

1. REQUIRED: In approximately 500 words, describe an example of your leadership. Be sure to describe your actions and the actions of those around you and to explain what you accomplished.
2. REQUIRED: In approximately 500 words, tell us your story. What unique opportunities or challenges have you experienced throughout your high school career that have shaped who you are today?
3. OPTIONAL: In approximately 500 words or less, please describe how this scholarship will be a benefit to you pursuing your educational goals.
