Scholarship and Financial Aid Night

Event Details

The event will include a presentation on scholarship qualifications and the financial aid application process, requirements, and deadlines. University representatives will also be available at our Scholarship Fair to provide information on scholarship opportunities offered by various UTA departments.

Scholarship & Financial Aid night will be held in the E.H. Hereford University Center in the Bluebonnet Ballroom on the UTA Campus.

The Scholarship Fair will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by presentations at 6:30 p.m.

Check-in Information

Check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the E.H. Hereford University Center

PARKING DETAILS

Guests will need to register their vehicle to park on campus. A parking registration link will be included in the confirmation e-mail sent two days prior to the event date. If you do not register your vehicle beforehand, please be sure to bring your license plate number with you when you check-in so our staff can register your vehicle.
