Minimum Length of Stay: 7 Days (1 Week) = $850 per person
Stay of 30 nights or less = $2,150 per person
Maximum Length of Stay: 76 Nights (12 Weeks) = $3,750 per person
First Check-In: Saturday, May 16th, 2026 at 10am
Last Check-In: Saturday, July 25th, 2026 at 10am
Last Check-Out: August 1, 2026 at 10am
To stay from Saturday, August 1st, to Saturday, August 8th, (must vacate by 10am), the room charge will be $50 per night, subject to approval on a case-by-case basis from UTA Corporate Intern/Researcher Pro-staff.

Stay of 30 nights or less = $2,150 per person
Minimum Length of Stay: 7 Nights (1 Week)

Stay of 31 nights or more = $3,750 per person
Maximum Length of Stay: (76 Nights) - (11 Weeks)
First Check-In: Saturday, May 16th, 2026 at 10am
Last Check-In: Saturday, July 25th, 2026 at 10am
Last Check-Out: August 1st, 2026 at 10am (must vacate by 10a)
To stay from Saturday,August 1st, to Saturday, August 8th, (must vacate by 10am), the room charge will be $50 per night, subject to approval on a case-by-case basis from UTA Corporate Intern/Researcher Pro-staff.

Installment Plans for stays 31 nights or longer. The cost for this option is $3,750, which includes all housing related fees.
  • 1st Installment of $1,250 is due two weeks (2) prior to initial check in.
  • 2nd Installment of $1,250 is due on June 15th
  • 3rd Installment of $1,250 is due on July 15th

Please note, that depending on check-in dates, you may be required to make installment payments with a quick turnaround as these installment dates are fixed.
