Roger Williams, U.S. Congress

Roger Williams is the Chairman of the House Committee on Small Business and represents the 25th Congressional District of Texas.

Mr. Williams was raised in the Fort Worth area and attended Texas Christian University. Upon graduating, Mr. Williams was drafted by the Atlanta Braves before deciding to begin a new career as a car dealer and the head baseball coach at TCU.

In 2005, Governor Rick Perry appointed him to serve as Texas Secretary of State, where he helped usher in unprecedented economic growth to the state.

In 2012, Mr. Williams was elected to Congress and has been the voice for Main Street America and families across the country.

His real-world business experience has made him an effective leader and legislator.

Jeffery Postell Jr., The Post L Group

Jeff Postell, Jr. is the Funder and President of Post L Group Construction, a Fort Worth–based commercial construction firm celebrating 10 years in business.

Under Jeff’s leadership, the company has grown to more than 150 employees with projects spanning all across the DFW Metro Area.

As sole owner and visionary behind the organization, Jeff has built Post L Group into a respected regional contractor known for excellence, culture, and community impact.

Today, Post L Group specializes in new construction and renovations across K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, aviation, municipal, retail, and heavy highway retaining wall sectors.

Jeff is also the Founder and Board Chair of Building Pathways, Inc., a nonprofit workforce development organization that creates career pathways into the construction industry.

Together, Post L Group Construction Management, Post L Drywall, and Building Pathways operate as a strategic ecosystem aligned around a shared mission: “To build communities for people, and people for community.”

Patrick Alcorn, Veterans Business Outreach Center

Patrick E Alcorn served nine years in the United States Army, including time as a cadet at the United States Military Academy where he played Army Football while completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management. He is the U.S. Small Business Administration 2025 Veterans Business Outreach Center of Excellence Award recipient, a three-time recipient of the SBA District Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year Award.

As an Accredited International Association of Small Business Consultant, Patrick has utilized his combination of the West Point experience, a master’s in business administration and relevant real-world knowledge of leadership principles to help more than 4,000 high achievers, business leaders, and seasoned professionals align their organizational priorities with their purpose, passion and potential.
