The RVSP office is open Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm, located in Ransom Hall 301. Walk-ins are welcome. Staff are flexible and able to make appointments to meet in-person, via Teams, or by phone.
Complaints Procedure
- Any concerns regarding RVSP support services should first be discussed with our office staff by phone or by email.
- If a satisfactory response is not received, then the next step should be to speak to the Assistant Dean of Students.
- If a satisfactory response is not received from the Assistant Dean of Students, then Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students should be contacted.
- Finally, unresolved concerns/complaints should be directed to the Vice President for Student Affairs: 817-272-6080.
