During one-on-one coaching sessions, trained RVSP PEER Educators guide students through structured activities and conversations focused on a specific topic. Rather than providing advice or telling students what decisions to make, PEER Educators help students reflect on their experiences, identify their goals, practice communication skills, and consider strategies they can use in their relationships.
