Fall Leadership Retreat COVID-19 Safety Procedures

We're so glad you are just as excited to join in this treasured UTA tradition as we are to host it for you. While still in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic it will take the help of all Fall Leadership Retreat participants to ensure everyone’s safety on this retreat. The following protocols will be in place.

  1. All participants must take a free, on campus Covid Test between September 24 - 27th. You will need to present a negative test result at check-in. a. Students who test positive will have their full registration fee refunded and will not be able to participate.
  2. Because we are unable to ensure social distancing on the bus and in cabins, team leaders will be strongly encouraging all participants wear a mask while on the bus and when moving around the cabin.
  3. We will be participating in outdoor games and activities that may require reasonable close contact and participants are encouraged to participate as they are comfortable.
  4. Personal hand sanitizers will be given to each participant and they are encouraged to utilize them along with other personal safety measures to ensure everyone’s safety.
