Meet Sarah
My most memorable experience was meeting my best friend, Cat, our first month as freshmen. She's made my college experience so much more meaningful. I've been a CAPS Ambassador for one year. Being a part of the program has taught me important skills. I've also met my lifelong friends. I've honed concrete life skills like public speaking & organizing volunteer events. I've also developed the best relationship with our director/mentor, Cindy. I didn't have to go through my lowest, most darkest times of my life alone. Having the counseling department has really kept me grounded.
