How to Apply
MSN applicants should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on their last 60 hours of courses, a BSN degree, and an RN license. Some programs require two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.

Both the MSN in Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and the MSN - Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner require nine credit hours in MSN core courses, 29 credit hours in their respective specializations, and three functional role credit hours. The College of Nursing and Health Innovation offers a wide range of certificate programs, including the graduate gerontology certificate, the graduate certificate in public health practice, and the graduate certificate for diversity and equity in public health. If you already have an MSN degree, our nurse practitioner programs are available as post-master’s certificates.
