College Park District

Vandergriff Hall

Established in 2012, Vandergriff Hall is situated at the core of the College Park District. With a capacity to accommodate 501 students, it is located on the east side of the UT Arlington campus, providing immediate access to the dining establishments in the College Park District. Residents of Vandergriff Hall enjoy advantageous views of the Homecoming Parade and events at the College Park Center. The hall's strategic location allows students to easily walk to classes, grab a meal at the University Center, and also provides access to the College Park Parking Garages.

The Lofts at College Park

Introducing The Lofts at College Park, the latest addition to UT Arlington's student housing options. Specifically crafted with your comfort and convenience in mind, The Lofts are centrally situated in the lively College Park District. This dynamic, urban mixed-use development includes restaurants, retail shops, The College Park Center, an outdoor park, and, notably, student housing. This new and vibrant community offers a wealth of amenities tailored for college students, all set in a lively and engaging neighborhood.                                      

Arlington Hall

Arlington Hall has consistently been a top choice for students since it first opened its doors in 2000. It offers a variety of accommodation options, including double and private occupancy suites, and stands as the largest hall on campus, housing 596 students. Situated in close proximity to key campus facilities, Arlington Hall is conveniently located near the University Center, the College Park District, the UTA Business Building, and the recently inaugurated Nursing and Social Work Building in 2022.                                                 

KC Hall

Known as KC Hall among its residents, Kalpana Chawla Hall offers a variety of living arrangements, including both double and private occupancy suites, and serves as the residence for 419 students. Conveniently situated within walking distance of the University Center, College Park District, the UTA Business Building, and the recently introduced Nursing and Social Work Building set to open in 2022, KC Hall provides easy access to key campus facilities.
