Green Fund

The UT Arlington Green Fund is a competitive grant program that supports projects related to recycling, transportation, product purchasing, planning and maintenance, irrigation, energy efficiency and renewable energy at UT Dallas.

The fee may be used to match external grants obtained for environmental improvements, but it may not be used for financing new infrastructure projects in full, such as substantial renovations or new buildings.

Guidelines

Project proposals may be submitted by current UT Arlington students, faculty or staff. However, projects must be sponsored by a university department or academic unit to receive funding.

Allocations for funded projects will be made only to the cost center of the UT Dallas department or unit affiliated with the project. Allocations will not be made to individuals.

Individuals and organizations outside of UT Arlington may not submit proposals, but they may be named as collaborators or service providers if they are supplementing a project.
