SEVP Online Enrollment Guidance Extended

On Monday, April 18, 2022, SEVP (Student Exchange Visitor Program) extended the guidance in place for the 2021-22 academic year for 2022-23 as well. The guidance enables schools and students to engage in distance learning in excess of regulatory limits due to the public health emergency generated by COVID-19. Important Travel Update

Starting at 12:01AM ET on June 12, 2022, air passengers will not need to get tested and show the COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 prior to boarding a flight to the U.S. Non-citizen non-immigrants are still required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before boarding a flight to the United States.

Global Travel During Covid-19 Pandemic

October 25, 2021 Proclamation on Advancing the Safe Resumption of Global Travel During Covid-19 Pandemic The proclamation issued by President Biden will lift the four current geographic travel ban restrictions and replace them with a global requirement that "noncitizens who are nonimmigrants" traveling to the United States by air from any part of the world establish that they are fully vaccinated, with some limited exceptions. The proclamation will be effective November 8, 2021.
