Request a Unit Signature

If your unit uses a legacy mark, your unit had a name change, or your unit is newly formed, you will need this because UTA schools, colleges, academic units, committees, departments, divisions, etc. (any group organized as part of UTA), are NOT permitted to have their distinctive logos or any other image that becomes synonymous with the unit. If you need to find a Unit Signature, access the UTA Signatures SharePoint. If you are unable to see that drive, email to request access.

Printed or Electronic Letterhead

Letterheads can be printed through Prestige Business Solutions or you can download a template for creating electronic letterheads.

Cube Banners

It is possible to request space on the cube banners around campus.

  • There is a full schedule of event banners in rotation.
  • The messaging must be for the student body, faculty, and staff, as a whole.
  • The concept, rough sketch, and text will need to be submitted to Lee Coburn, Sr. Director of Creative Services, for review.
  • Banners are ordered to be installed in all six locations; there is not an option to choose just one location.
  • Banners will be rotated in for a period of up to two months.
  • The client requesting the banner needs to supply the approved, print-ready artwork to the creative team and pay the vendor directly. We will print and install the banners.

What We Do

  1. Support recruitment, retention, fundraising, alumni relations, and media relations by providing the UTA's marketing, design, and toolsets
  2. Create engaging visual designs that market UTA as a premier education and research institution to the wide range of audiences we serve
  3. Collaborate across University Communications and support divisions, units, colleges, and groups across campus by providing assets for diverse mediums
  4. Implement, monitor, and enforce UTA brand standards to ensure strength and protect the university's ascending brand
