UTA and Texoma Promise work to expand access to higher education and strengthen the workforce in this life-changing program.

Texoma Promise is a coalition of 23 participating high schools and partner universities. First-year graduates from a Texoma high school or Texoma Promise pledged transfer students with an associate degree from Grayson College may qualify for the last dollar award if they meet all of the UTA eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements 

Students must meet all eligibility requirements by May 1st.

  1. Submit Texoma Promise Pledge
  2. Complete FAFSA or TASFA. Students must also be Federal Pell Grant or TEXAS Grant eligible. 
  3. Apply to UTA and submit all supporting admissions documents by May 1st.
  4. Have a family adjusted gross income of $85,000 or less.
  5. Must be a Texas resident.
