To-Do Checklist:
- Verify your graduation eligibility/honors with your academic advisor. (Honors applies only to Undergrad.)
- MyMav - Apply to graduate (include payment) and RSVP for the Commencement if you plan to walk in the graduation ceremony. (They are not the same.)
- March 6th: You will receive an invitation to sign up for MarchingOrder. This is where you will request guest ticket, submit your ADA accommodation request, and create your graduate profile. Sign up must be done by April 15th.
- Late Application for Graduation: If you missed the March 1st deadline, you can still apply to graduate, but there is an additional fee. Contact your academic advisor to begin the process.
- March 26th – 28th 10 am – 6 pm: Grad Finale at the UTA Bookstore – purchase regalia (discounted pricing), rings, diploma frames, and order invitations. Social Work tassel color is Citron.
- April 22nd: Tickets available to claim through MLB Ballpark app.
- GradPass is sent through MarchingOrder. You must print your pass and bring it with you to your ceremony.
- May 14th: Deadline to submit your approved Thesis or Dissertation to the Library AND submit a report of your Final Master’s Exam Report or Dissertation Defense Report to the Office of Admissions, Records and Registration. (Masters and PhD students)

Grad Cap Decorating Contest
