Raul Gonzalez

El Paso native Raul Gonzalez moved to Arlington in 1980 to attend UT Arlington after winning a scholarship from the El Paso Times. He worked several jobs while in college, including a stint at the Texas Rangers, where he met his wife, Kerry, a fellow Maverick.
