The Master of Science in Real Estate is a 30-credit- hour program designed to deepen expertise in real estate analysis and decision-making. The curriculum integrates finance, investment, development, valuation, and brokerage, with an emphasis on how these areas intersect in commercial real estate practice.
Students engage with both private- and public- sector applications, including urban planning, tax assessment, and community development. Coursework combines theoretical frameworks with applied learning to strengthen skills in market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic evaluation.
Offered in a convenient online format with the option for face-to-face electives, the program supports working professionals seeking to advance or transition within the real estate industry.
