UPDATE: New DHS Proposed Rule

Our office is providing a fact sheet summarizing the new proposed rule from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Nothing has been made into law at this time and nothing has changed about your ability to remain in the U.S. There is a 30-day comment period ending on 10/26/2020, after which DHS will review the comments and make changes to the rule.
