Anonymous Reporting

Do you want to submit a report anonymously?

The University of Texas at Arlington now offers anonymous reporting of any student concern through RealResponse. Your name and phone number will not be revealed throughout the reporting process. Use a mobile device with texting capabilities to text the number or scan the QR code below to begin your anonymous report. You can also complete the electronic form below to report your concerns. A staff member will review this report and respond as quickly as possible through the RealResponse platform, but you will remain anonymous.

Please do not submit an anonymous report through any of the other Dean of Students reporting form options (e.g., Care Referral, Hazing Incident Report, Student Conduct incident Report, etc.). Doing so will limit our ability to address your concern.

  2. An automated response will be sent once the message is received to confirm that your report has been submitted.

  3. You will receive a text back from an appropriate UTA staff member through RealResponse to acknowledge your report and ask additional follow up questions if more information or clarification is needed. You will remain anonymous throughout this correspondence.

  4. A case will be created through the appropriate office on campus (e.g., Office of the Dean of Students, Title IX, etc.).

  5. A UTA staff member will reach out directly to the individual mentioned in the report or conduct further investigation, as appropriate.
