Faculty Engagement Day:

The Faculty Engagement Day (FED) is an annual initiative organized by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Reporting (IER) to foster collaboration among faculty members in assessing and enhancing the core curriculum. This event provides an opportunity for faculty to engage in meaningful discussions, review assessment data, and propose actionable improvements to ensure the continued success of student learning outcomes. Through individual reflection, group discussions, and collective reporting, participants contribute valuable insights that inform data-driven recommendations. The outcomes of FED play a critical role in shaping strategies to strengthen the university's commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
