Nuventive Improve

Nuventive Improve (formerly TracDat) is the central repository that houses the Unit Effectiveness Process (UEP) reports. Assessment activities are documented in Nuventive Improve through two reports:

• The Assessment Activity Report (UEP) which contains the assessment plan and the results of assessment.
• The Improvement Report which documents any improvements that were implemented based on information gathered through assessment. This report is completed annually.
