Improved Delivery Process for University Amazon Business Account

To improve delivery reliability, Amazon is launching a new Dedicated Delivery Program at UTA on November 2nd.

Under this new process, eligible Amazon orders will be consolidated into a single daily palletized shipment delivered to Central Receiving. Packages will then be delivered directly to the recipient by Distribution Services.

Note: This is only for main campus locations serviced by Distribution Services, not remote locations. For instructions about using the new Dedicated Delivery Program, click the image or link below.

Please update addresses when moving to a new location

To help ensure your mail and packages are delivered correctly, notify Distribution Services whenever you move to a new location, department, or building on campus.

When you change locations:

  • Email distribution_services@uta.edu with your new location.
  • Update anyone who sends you mail or packages.
  • Update your address with online retailers, such as Amazon.

Keeping your information current helps ensure your mail and packages are delivered accurately to your location. If Distribution Services is not informed of any move, items may be delivered to your previous location.
