Delivery Schedule

Priority Mail

  • Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Non-Priority Mail

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Non-priority mail that is needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be available for pick-up at Wetsel Service Center, 1225 W. Mitchell, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Parcel Delivery

Parcels are combined with the US mail and delivered on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule. Priority overnight parcels are delivered on the day of receipt.

Parcels are received on campus by Distribution Services at the Wetsel Service Center and the UC-Post Office. We are equipped with an Internal Tracking system utilizing both the Carrier’s tracking number and UTA’s employee database to ensure a proper chain of custody.

Freight

  • Distribution Services will contact departments to schedule freight delivery.

Outgoing Mail

Interdepartmental and Outgoing Mail

  • Picked up by Distribution Services on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday when mail is delivered to campus.
  • Outgoing mail that is not picked up by Distribution Services must be delivered to Wetsel Service Center, 1225 W. Mitchell.
