WHAT IS A 1098-T FORM?
The 1098-T is a tax form that the University of Texas at Arlington is required to file as a way to report enrollment and other identifying information for each U.S. resident student for whom a reportable transaction is made during the tax year. It will give you some crucial info about your college costs which may come in handy when you file your taxes.
HOW DO I GET MY 1098-T?
Your 1098-T tuition statement will be available online in your
MyMav account by the end of January each year. For more information about eligibility, how to view or print your form, or to view FAQs, please visit our

HOW DO I GET A 1098-T FOR A PRIOR TAX YEAR?
You can request a prior year 1098-T from the Office of Student Accounts via
email. However, due to the contents of these items, we must first verify your identity before releasing these documents. Please send your request from your UTA student email account and be sure to include your student ID.
