Late Fees Related FAQs

WHEN WILL I GET A LATE FEE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?

Late fees are posted to accounts at the beginning of each month - usually around the 6th - with the exception of August and January when we do not charge late fees.

WILL YOU WAIVE MY LATE FEES?

Late fees are only waived when there is a documented university error. If you believe you received a late fee due to an error, please contact Student Accounts by email with your request to have the fee waived. Remember to include your student ID and the supporting documentation.

I WAS DROPPED FOR NON-PAYMENT, CAN I GET BACK IN MY CLASS?
